Ingredients: 4 salmon steaks about 1 1/2 in. thick 1 tablespoon onion, grated 2 tablespoon lemon juice 4 tablespoon butter, melted 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon thyme paprika parsley 1 lemon, cut in wedges Directions:Place steaks on greased grill. Combine onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper and thyme, with butter. Baste steaks with one-half of the butter mixture. Cook about 6-8 minutes per side or until steaks flake easily with a fork. Garnish with paprika and parsley, add lemon wedges. |
