4 salmon steaks (6 to 8 ounces)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried and crushed basil
Combine lemon juice, olive oil and basil; brush on both sides of salmon. Grill over medium hot coals 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
