Ingredients: 3 or 4 large onions 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 tsp. baking powder 1 Tbsp. salad oil Directions:Slice onions and separate into rings. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Dip onion rings into batter. Drip excess from rings and then drop into hot fat. Fry until golden brown. |
