Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds red snapper fillets Salt and ground pepper A few gratings of nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp grated orange rind 1 tsp grated grapefruit rind
Directions:Preheat the oven to 400 F. Put the fillets in a lightly buttered baking dish. Sprinkle them lightly with salt and pepper and nutmeg and distribute the grated rinds on top. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. |
