Ingredients: 1 lb. ground round 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups milk 3 eggs 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups chopped onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 3/4 cup Bisquick
Directions:Grease a 10" x 1 1/2" pie pan. Brown the beef and onion. Drain off excess grease, stir in the salt and pepper. Spread in pie pan. Beat the milk, eggs, and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over the browned beef. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 F. Sprinkle on the cheese and bake until knife inserted comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving |
