Ingredients: 2 cups cooked, cooled rice 1 cup celery, sliced 1/2 cup green onions, sliced 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish 1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 cans Chicken of the Sea boneless pink salmon 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1 cup frozen peas, thawed Directions:Combine all ingredients and toss lightly.
