Ingredients: 3 tbsp chives 1 tsp seasoned salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 8 oz water chestnuts, canned, chopped 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 tbsp parsley, chopped 8 oz pineapple, chunks in juice 16 oz cream cheese, softened Directions:Drain the pineapple, reserving 1 tbsp juice (you can use the sweetened variety or the type that is canned in its own juice). Combine all ingredients except for parsley, stir in reserved juice, and mix well. Garnish with parsley. Cover and chill. |
