Ingredients: 1 pint sour cream 1 pkg rye rounds 2 ea apples, chopped 1 ea onion, chopped 1/2 cup grapes, halved 2 ea eggs, hard boiled and chopped 12 oz herring jar Directions:Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Add grapes and eggs and toss lightly. Turn into dish. Serve with rye rounds. |
