Ingredients: 2 lb ground beef 2 ea eggs 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup grape jelly 1/3 cup chili sauce 1 cup chili sauce 1/2 cup grape jelly Directions:Combine meatball ingredients, mix well. Shape to form 1 inch balls, bake on a rack in a shallow baking pan at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Combine sauce ingredients in a 4 1/2 quart dutch oven. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture is well blended. Add the meatballs and continue cooking 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Transfer to chafing dish/fondue pot to serve. |
