Ingredients: 1 lb. fresh carrots 1/2 stick butter 1/2 cup almonds 1/4 cup amaretto or 2 tsp. amaretto extract Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:Slice carrots 1/8-inch thick. Chop almonds. Saute carrots in butter until lightly cooked. Add almonds and amaretto. Heat and season with salt and pepper. |
