Ingredients: 7 oz. pkg. macaroni and cheese (with powdered cheese sauce packet) 2 T. skim milk 1/3 cup lowfat sour cream Directions:Cook noodles per directions on box, omitting the salt. Drain, then add milk and sour cream instead of butter or margarine called for on the package. Mix well to coat evenly. Add contents of cheese sauce package and mix well. Serve hot. |
