Ingredients: 1 bag black beans (Diana or Goya), small ones 1 1/2 cups water 1 sm. onion 1/2 green pepper 1/2 clove garlic 1 tsp. olive oil salt and pepper to taste
Directions:Add water and beans together in pressure cooker. Once the pressure builds up it will start to hiss. Count 35 minutes from that time. Precook onions, green pepper, and garlic in oil. Add to beans. Salt and pepper to taste. Add an additional 1 to 2 cups water, bring pressure back up and cook for 10 more minutes. |
