Ingredients: 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed 1 can black beans, rinsed 1 can red beans, rinsed 1/2 cup pimiento-stuffed green olives, sliced 1/2 cup black olives, sliced (kalamata are good) 1 small leek, chopped 1/2 med. red onion, chopped 1/2 cup pepperoncinis, chopped 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar 1 - 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp olive oil dash salt lots of fresh, cracked pepper Directions:Mix all ingredients together. You can serve it immediately, but it`s very tasty after being in the fridge for a couple of hours. |
