| Ingredients: 4 cups cubed cooked chicken 1 can drained sliced water chestnuts 1 cup diced celery 1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds 1 cup seeded gewurztraminer grapes (or any other grape) 1 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. honey 1 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
Directions:Mix dressing (last 6 ingredients) and refrigerate at least one hour ahead. Toss with salad (first 5 ingredients) and serve on lettuce leaves. |
