Ingredients: 1 small packet strawberry gelatin 1 cup boiling water 6 oz can frozen pink lemonade concentrate 8 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed 16 oz can peach slices, drained 3/4 cup seedless green grapes 2 bananas, sliced 1 inch pieces 1/4 cup maraschino cherries
Directions:1. In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add lemonade concentrate and stir until melted. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. 2. Blend in whipped topping, fold in fruit. Place in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Freeze about 4 hours or until firm. Removed from pan and garnish with fresh fruit. |
