Ingredients: 1-1/2 lb ground beef 1 env. Dry onion soup mix 1-1/2 cup water 1 head lettuce, torn in pieces 1 large tomato, cut into wedges 1 small onion, sliced and cut into rings 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 (6 oz) pkg. corn chips Directions:In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat; stir in water. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. In large salad bowl or on platter, combine lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese; toss well. Spoon meat on top and ring bowl/platter with corn chips. Serve with hard rolls. |
