Ingredients: 2 cups cranberry juice 1/4 cup water 1 package unflavored gelatin 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 cup celery, diced 1/2 cup apple, peeled and diced 1 1/2 cup cooked turkey, diced 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons cooking oil 1 cup mayonnaise Directions:1. Put cranberry juice on stove to heat. Stir gelatin into 1/4 - cup water, then dissolve in hot cranberry juice. Stir in lemon juice, and cool until partly jelled. 2. Add the celery, apple, turkey and salt. Turn into a 1-1/2 quart oiled mold. hill until set. Unmold on lettuce and serve with a bowl of mayonnaise. |
