Ingredients: 4 to 5 lb. blue fish 1 cup celery 1 cup onions 1/2 cup onions 1/2 cup celery Sm. sweet peppers 1 hard-boiled egg 1/2 cup or to taste Hellmann`s mayonnaise 6 sm. sweet pickles, diced Salt, pepper and paprika Directions:Skin and do away with the blood line, then cook the celery and onions. When come to boil, add fish. Cook about 8 minutes. Then take fish out, let cool. Do away with all bones. Then flake the fish, add all other ingredients. Add paprika on top. Add onions and celery, diced. |
