Ingredients: 3 pounds medium shrimp, cleaned and shelled with tails left on 1 cup pineapple juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup oil 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1 tablespoon Head Country Seasoning Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce
Directions:Combine liquids and Head Country Seasoning in a large bowl. Add shrimp and marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours. Place shrimp on a grill basket or thread on skewers for easy turning. Grill over medium hot flame 3 to 5 minutes per side. Serve with Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce. |
