Ingredients: 4 salmon steaks (6 to 8 ounces each) thawed if necessary 2 tb lemon juice 2 tb olive oil 1 t Dried and crushed basil Lemon wedges
Directions:Combine lemon juice, olive oil and basil; brush on both sides of salmon. Grill over medium hot coals 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges. |
