Ingredients: 1 pound swordfish, cut into 3/8-inch-thick slices Fresh lemon juice Olive oil Chopped fresh oregano Salt and pepper
Directions:Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, then with oil, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Cook on a hot grill for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, making sure the fish stays moist. Serve immediately. Traditionally, the fish is drizzled with oil and served with lemon slices on the side. |
