Ingredients: Fish of choice, salmon, swordfish or any kind that will hold up on grill) 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. sherry or sake 3 tbsp. frozen pineapple juice 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. low sodium veggie seasoning
Directions:Combine all ingredients in plastic bag. Add fish. Marinate 2 hours. Oil grill and grill fish 4-5 minutes per side or done to taste. |
