Ingredients: 1 pound fresh spinach 1 pint strawberries Dressing: 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons poppy seeds 1-1/2 teaspoons minced onion 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 cup salad oil 1/4 cup cider vinegar Directions:1. Wash all vegetables with Fit before using. Stem and wash the spinach. Dry thoroughly and chill. Wash the strawberries. Remove caps and stems and cut in half (quarters if they are very large). Place in a bowl. Chill until ready to toss with the dressing. 2. Put first 6 ingredients of the dressing into food processor. With motor running, add oil and vinegar slowly. Blend until well blended. Toss with spinach and strawberries and serve. |
