Ingredients: 1 3-oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin 1 21-oz. can cherry pie filling 1 3-oz. pkg lemon gelatin 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 (8 3/4 oz) can crushed pineapple 1 cup miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup cream 2 Tbsp. finely chopped nuts Directions:Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in pie filling. Pour into salad bowl; chill until partly set. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Gradually add gelatin. Stir in undrained pineapple. Whip cream; fold into lemon mixture with the marshmallows. Spread atop cherry layer; top with nuts. Chill until set. |
