Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups pretzels, crushed 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar 3/4 cup melted butter 1 large box strawberry jello 1 pint fresh strawberries,sliced 8 oz. cream cheese 1 cup sugar 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Directions:Combine the crushed pretzels, powdered sugar and butter. Press into a 9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix jello with 2 cups boiling water to dissolve. Cool slightly then add strawberries. Let set up in refrigerator. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and Cool whip. Spread carefully on cooled crust. Pour jello mixture over cream mixture. Refrigerate. |
