Ingredients: 2 cans pineapple, cubed 1/2 Lb. cheese, cubed 1/2 C. pecans, chopped 1 C. marshmallows 1 heaping T. flour 1 C. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 C. milk Pinch of Salt Directions:Drain pineapple juice and mix with sugar, flour, eggs, milk and salt. Cook until thickened (best in double boiler). Pour over pineapple, cheese, marshmallows and nuts and stir gently. Great for luncheon. |
