Ingredients: 1 lb cooked ham or pork roast (finely chopped) 1 c low-fat cottage cheese 2 tb grated Parmesan cheese 1 ts Dijon mustard 1/2 c low-fat Swiss cheese (finely shredded) Sandwich bread
Directions:Thoroughly mix together the all the ingredients except for the bread. Refrigerate for an hour and then spread on your favourite sandwich bread. |
