Ingredients:500 g (1 lb) chicken fillets 1 clove garlic 2 tb oil 2 green peppers 1 fresh red chilli 2 onions 1 tb oyster sauce 1 ts light soy sauce 1 ts fish sauce 1 tb soy sauce
Directions:1. Slice chicken, chop garlic. 2. Slice pepper, chilli and onions. 3. Heat oil in a wok or a pan, add garlic and chicken and stir-fry for one minute. 4. Add onions, pepper and chilli and stir-fry until chicken is done. 5. Stir in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce. |
