2 green bell peppers (capsicums)
4 large Tomatoes
2 Onions, peeled
2 Kirby Cucumbers of 1 small cucumber, peeled
2 Eggs, hardcooked (hardboiled) (optional)
1 small can tuna (optional)
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine Vinegar
Salt

Dice all the ingredients finely into 1/2 inch cubes and dress with the Olive oil, Vinegar and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
