Ingredients: Dough: 100 g margarine 2 1/2 dl flour 1 tbs pizzaspices 1/2 tbs baking powder 1/2 water Filling: 75 g bacon 2 grated carrots 1 onion 1paprika a pice of broccoli 2 eggs 1 dl milk 1 dl French cream 2 dl grated cheese 1/2 fresh chopped basil 2 tbs dried estragon 1/2 tbs salt 1/2 white pepper Directions:Pinch grease, flour, pizza spices and baking powder together. Add cold water and stir the dough until smooth. Grease an ovenproof form and press the dough at the bottom of the form and up on the edges. Bake in a 225 C for 10 minutes. Cut the bacons in slices and fry them in a frying pan. Add the fine cut vegetables and flavour the mix with herbs and syrup. Then mix the eggs, the milk, the French cream, grated cheese and the white pepper together in a separate bowl. Spread out the vegetable-mix on top of the prebaked dough bottom and add the egg-and milk mix on top of the whole pie. Bake the pie in a 200 C hot oven for about 30 minutes. |
