Ingredients: white bread mayonnaise ketchup tabasco chives cooked frozen shrimps Time: 30 min
Directions:1. Put the shrimps in water the thaw them. 2. Prepare a cocktail sauce with the mayonnaise, ketchup and tabasco sauce. 3. Using a metal spatula, mask the bread slices with the sauce. Trim and cut in diagonal so as to make triangles. 4. Put a shelled shrimp on each canape. 5. Using a decorating bag made with baking paper, decorate the surface of the canapes, dropping lines of ketchup sauce. 6. Sprinkle with chiseled chives. Keep refrigerated until serving. |
