3 small Eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups Sugar
2 2/3 cups shredded coconut
Oil for greasing

1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with oil.
2. Mix the beaten Eggs with the Sugar and coconut. Mound coconut mixture onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
