Ingredients: 4 thick pork chops 3 T. ketchup 1 T. lemon juice 2 T. finely chopped onion 1/4 tsp. mustard 2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 T. water Directions:Combine the ingredients and marinate chops for two hours in the mixture. Add 1/2 cup of water, mixing with marinade.
