Ingredients: 1 lb. mushrooms 1 clove 1 tablespoon butter stick cinnamon 1 cup cream 1 bay leaf sprig of parsley 3 peppercorns sprig of dill 1 teaspoon salt Directions:Peel and wash mushrooms and pour boiling water over them. Slice, sprinkle with salt and fry lightly in butter. Take a sprig each of parsley and dill and bind them together. Place between them an inch of cinnamon stick, a clove, a bay leaf and peppercorns. Put into an oven dish with the mushrooms, add the cream, cover and bake in a slow oven for 30 minutes. When ready, remove the bundle of herbs. |
