2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Total time: 10 mins
1.In a blender or food processor, combine feta, gouda, yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil and black pepper. Process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and chill until served.
2.Serve with crackers, toasted pita bread or baguette slices.
3.Makes approximately 2 cups.
