Ingredients: 1-2 hard-boiled egg yolks 2 tbsp (brown) sugar salt 2 tsp sweet Swedish-type mustard 2 tbsp white wine vinegar 100-200 ml cream or sour cream Directions:1. Rub egg yolks with a spoon through a fine sieve. Add sugar, salt and mustard and rub into a fine paste. 2. Add vinegar and whipped cream or sour cream. Pour dressing over salad ingredients (eg butterhead lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion). |
