Baked filets of sole
Ingredients:
4 large filet of sole
3 tbs butter
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp butter
1/2 cup peeled shrimps

Directions:
Place filets and butter in roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bake approx. 15 minutes in 400o oven, then sprinkle with shrimps and lemon juice. Serve with melted butter.
