Potato croquets
Ingredients:
Potato- 2.2 lbs. (1 kg.)
2 small onions;
mushrooms - 1 cup (0.5 lbs. - 200 g)
3 eggs,
bread crumbs - 0.25
cup (0.11 lbs. or 50 g)
flour - 0.25 cup
salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Directions:
Cut onions and mushrooms into small cubes, mix and fry them. Make mashed potato. When it`s hot, add egg yolk, fried onions and fried mushrooms to it. Mix the ingredients. Make small balls out of the mixture. Coat them with flour, and flatten them into the form of pucks. Coat them with egg white, and then - with breadcrumbs. Fry from two sides, and bake in oven for 15-20 min.
