Ingredients: 3 open hand size of calf liver slices (slice liver into finger sized strips) 3 large onions (cut them half then slice thin) 1 tsp. salt 7 Tbs. of oil 1 Tbs. paprika 1/2 tsp. of grated black pepper 1 tsp. of flour
Directions:In the oil lightly fry the onions on low heat in a medium frying pan until tender. Sprinkle with the flour, the paprika and the black pepper and add the sliced livers. With constant stiring cook it on medium heat for 5 minutes. At the end add the salt into the dish. |
