Barbecue marinade for fish
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice (optional)
1/4 cup pineapple juice (optional)
1 Hawaiian Hot Pepper (finely chopped)
1 Tbs Sweet Basil (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (Romano or Plum)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)

Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a shallow dish, allow the fish, shrimp clams, etc. to soak in the marinade for at least 1 hour, preferrably 3 hours. The lemon juice will "cook" the fish somewhat. Works well with fish kabobs, grilled fish/shrimp, baked, or broiled fish.
