Omelet in a peasant way
Ingredients:
3 ea eggs.
1 tb flour.
50 g milk.
50 g fat.
salt.

Directions:
Beat up eggs and combine with flour, milk, salt. Blend carefully. Cut fat into stripes and braise in a pan a little, then pour over egg mix. Fry for a while and put in the preheated oven until done.
