Tomatoes stuffed with shrimps
Ingredients:
200 g of peeled boiled shrimps
mayonnaise
1 lemon
3 tomatoes
hard-boiled eggs
cheese

Directions:
Remove pulp of the tomatoes, dust some salt and pepper into each tomato. Crush the shrimps until they get soft, mix them with the pulp of the tomatoes. Grate the hard-boiled eggs. Sprinkle with the juice squeezed of 1 lemon. Add mayonnaise, dust the pepper. Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture. Grate the cheese onto the top of each tomato.
