Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb. potatoes 1 pint milk 2 oz. butter 2 tablespoons grated cheese salt Directions:Boil the potatoes in their skin. When tender, peel them and mash them. Put the butter and the milk in a saucepan, add the mashed potatoes and simmer till thick. Finally, mix in the grated cheese and stir well before serving. Add salt if required. |
