Brynzova pomazanka (sheep cheese spread)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz butter
salt
10 oz sheep cheese
caraway seeds, crushed
1 sm onion, chopped fine
paprika, sweet
4 t capers
dill, chopped
1 ea gherkin, chopped fine

Directions:
Cream butter with sheep cheese. Add onion, capers, gherkin and flavor with salt, caraway seeds, paprika and dill. Spread on slices of brown bread.
