Ingredients: 500 g lamb. 1/2 c rice. 2 ea eggs. 3 ea onion. 50 g butter. 3 tb tarragon. 2 tb parsley green. 7 ea pepper peas. salt.
Directions:Put lamb in cold water and cook on low heat, covered, until done. Strain the broth and set aside. Grind lamb and onion in a mincer, add eggs and finely chopped spices and shape small balls.
