Ingredients: 1 1/2 pound of cubed meat 1 16 oz. jar Tejano Taco Mex Quartered onions and tomatoes (2 each) 1 serrano pepper, quatered 1 yellow bell pepper, julienne slices 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tablespoons oil
Directions:Brown meat in hot oil and add garlic (5 minutes). Pour Tejano Taco Mex over the meat and simmer 15 minutes. Add all vegetables and cook for another 15 minutes. Garnish with cilantro. |
