Bologne sauce
Ingredients:
200 g ground beef
30 g butter
1/2 onion
1 small carott
40 g chopped ham
1 pinch nutmeg
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
20 cl brown veal stock
salt, pepper
Time: 1 hr 20 min

Directions:
1. Slowly steam in butter the diced onion and carotts, without browning.
2. Add the beef and keep stirring. Add the ham, tomato sauce and nutmeg. Add the brown veal stock, salt, pepper, and cook for 1 hour.
