Stewed pumpkin
Ingredients:
1 kg pumpkin
2-3 tblsps melted butter
sugar
salt

Directions:
Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the skin and seeds, wash with cold water. Then cut into shoestrings and stew in the skillet with butter adding some water, the salt and sugar to taste.
