Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Sea salt 2 cucumbers, medium, seeded and sliced 5 tablespoons sugar 1 cup water, boiling 1 red onion, small, minced 2 Thai chiles, seeded and finely shredded 1/2 cup white vinegar
Directions:1. Place cucumbers in a bowl. 2. Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Stir in vinegar and salt. Cool. 3. Pour over cucumbers and add red onion and chiles. Chill and serve. |
