Ingredients: 1 melon 250 g flour 100 g icing sugar 125 g butter 1 egg 25 g almond powder 2 teaspoons green tea 1 pinch salt 1 litre chocolat sorbet Directions:Mix the butter along with eggs. Add icing sugar almond powder, flour, green tea and salt. Soon you will have a homogeneous dough, leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours. Roll out the dough replacing flour with icing sugar. Cut eight 15 cm long rectangles and place them on a slightly buttered sheet and bake them at 180 C for 10 to 15 minutes. Leave to cool. In the melon, scoop balls of flesh using a melon baller. Dress each plate with sables melon balls and one scoop of chocolate sorbet. |
